1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using TripMate you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
TripMate is a collaborative trip-planning platform that uses AI to suggest itineraries, helps groups vote, tracks shared budgets, and stores travel documents. AI suggestions are informational; verify flights, hotels, prices, and visa rules independently before booking.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe. You must be 16+ to use TripMate without a guardian.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD via Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Local currency displays are estimates; your card issuer applies the actual conversion. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; cancel anytime from your Profile to stop the next renewal.
5. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund on first-time subscription purchases if you have not exceeded the free-plan usage limits. Email support@aitripmate.world.
6. Your Content
You own the trip data, photos, and documents you upload. You grant TripMate a limited license to store and display them to you and the collaborators you invite, solely to operate the service.
7. Acceptable Use
Don't use TripMate to break laws, infringe rights, send spam, scrape at scale, or upload malware. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee availability of any third-party flight, hotel, restaurant, or activity surfaced through AI suggestions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripMate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
